Special Town Board Meeting — Agenda

TOWN OF CALEDONIA – WAUPACA COUNTY Special Town Board Meeting November 11, 2025 at 1 pm NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caledonia Town Board will conduct a Special Town Board meeting at the Caledonia Community Center located at E9181 State Road 96, Fremont, Wisconsin These meetings of the Town Board are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted with the time, place, and agenda of the meeting. Call meeting to order and pledge of allegiance No Public Forum will be offered at the beginning of this meeting. Agenda 1. Discuss the switch from Nationwide to Social Security and the addition of Wisconsin Retirement System/Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds benefit. 2. Motion to switch to Social Security and discontinue the FICA alternative/replacement Nationwide for all town employees with a one-time 6.2% increase to all non-board town employees wages. 3. Motion to approve Resolution of Inclusion Under the Wisconsin Retirement System (Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds or “ETF”). 4. Motion to designate the Town Clerk/Treasurer, currently Natalie Snyder, as the Agent to represent the Town of Caledonia for all matters related to ETF-administered benefit programs. The Agent is required to complete training before administering WRS benefits and complete a series of tasks. 5. Motion to designate the Deputy Town Clerk Treasurer, currently Kandi Kircher, as the Alternate Agent to represent the Town of Caledonia for all matters related to ETF-administered benefit programs.
