Chairperson Abba called the meeting to order at 12:30. Presentation and discussion of Assessor bids. Two bids were received: Preuss Appraisal Service and
Municipal
Group
LLC.
Motion to approve contract with Preuss Appraisal Service. Motion carried 3-0. Motion to forego a revaluation during the 5-year contract term due to recent revaluation. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned. Respectfully, Natalie Snyder
