Town of Caledonia Special Meeting Minutes Video Meeting August 21, 2025 In attendance: Bill Abba - representing the Town of Caledonia, Allen Grisar and Dave Emmerich - representing
the
Gruetzmacher
Family
Trust,
Brad
Werner
-
representing
McMahon
Engineering,
and
bid
submitters
were
potentially
on
the
video
call.
This video meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by Brad Werner of McMahon Engineering. McMahon
Engineering
organized
the
meeting
with
the
purpose
of
opening
the
bids
for
the
Gruetzmacher
Park
pavilion.
Five
bids
were
received
and
opened.
Questions
for
clarification
of
bid
content
were
addressed.
No
decisions
on
selection
were
made
in
this
meeting.
Once
a
tabulation
and
assessment
of
bids
is
complete,
a
follow-up
meeting
for
selection
will
be
scheduled.
