Town of Caledonia Special Town Board Meeting Minutes Town of Caledonia Town Hall June 17, 2025, 1:00 pm In attendance: Bill Abba, Vance Knuth, and Bob Bell from Sound Solutions and Video. Bill Abba called the meeting to order at 1 pm. The group discussed design and specifications for the Gruetzmacher Park pavilion audio and visual systems,
the
security
system,
and
the
integration
of
these
systems
with
the
Waupaca
Online
internet
system.
The
group
decided
on
the
components
desired
and
where
each
component
would
be
located
in
the
pavilion.
Bob
Bell
agreed
to
discuss
our
decisions
with
McMahon
engineers
so
these
decisions
could
be
incorporated
in
the
final
architectural
designs.
