VILLAGE OF WYOCENA PLAN COMMISSION, PUBLIC HEARING, AND SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MINUTES WEDNESDAY, MAY 29, 2024 Call to order: Village President Kim Bauer called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. Roll call: Village Board President Kim Bauer, Trustees: Paul Crary, Rusty Schiradelly, and Doug Rose. Plan Commission Members: Tom Howe, Kristopher “Butch” Kirk, Jay Wegner, Kim Bauer, Rusty Schiradelly, and Doug Rose. Also present: Administrator Lori Kratky and property owner, Kevin Hamm. Absent Village Trustees: Owen Landsverk, Jeremy Crary, and Rebecca Sersch. Proof of Posting: The Village Clerk posted the agenda for the May 29, 2024 Special Village Board/Plan Commission/Public Hearing meeting on the bulletin board at the Wyocena Community Center, Wyocena Post Office, entrance to the Wyocena Library, and the Village website on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Recognition of Visitors: Bauer opened the meeting asking for any public comment. None was heard. Plan Commission Recommendation Regarding Ordinance 13.87(e)(4): Motion by Howe, second by Kirk, to recommend to the Village Board to amend Ordinance 13.87(e)(4) as posted and presented. M.C. Village Board Decision Regarding Plan Commission Recommendation: Motion by P. Crary, second by Schiradelly, to accept the Plan Commission recommendation to amend, adopt, and enact ordinance 13.87(e)(4) as posted and presented. Roll Call: P.
