VILLAGE OF WYOCENA VILLAGE BOARD MINUTES MONDAY, JANUARY 8, 2024 Call to order: Village President Kim Bauer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance Roll call: President Kim Bauer, Trustees: Paul Crary, Rebecca Sersch, Owen Landsverk, Rusty Schiradelly, and Doug Rose. Also present: Interim Clerk Roxann Brue and Citizen Ken Bond. Absent Trustee: Kathy Morrison Proof of Posting: The Village Clerk posted the agenda for the January 8, 2024 Village Board meeting on the bulletin board at the Wyocena Community Center, Wyocena Post Office, SQRL Service Station, and the Village website on Thursday, January 4, 2024. Recognition of Visitors: Nothing to report. Minutes: Motion by Landsverk, second by Schiradelly, to approve the December 11, 2023 Village Board minutes. M.C. with Sersch abstained. Reports: Library Director Report: A written report was provided. No questions were asked. Police Chief’s Report: A written report was provided. No questions were asked. Fire Department Update: No information provided. Ambulance Update: No information provided. Public Works Foreman’s Report: A written report was provided. No questions were asked. Administrator Report: Brue informed the board of the following items: 1) A Spring Primary Election will not be necessary in the village. 2) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has approved the Village’s ATV state highway 22 sign permit application, with a couple of modifications to sign placement.
