can discuss how we want to proceed in regards to COVID and the use of face coverings, building
rentals, and walking in the gym when COVID levels in the area are high. Morrison pointed out
previously the motion had been made to follow CDC recommendations so we had a guideline to
follow. Discussion followed with suggestions from the audience as well as from board members.
Motion by Rose, second by Sersch, to post on the entrances of the Community Center, when COVID
levels in Columbia County are high, that face coverings are recommended but not required. M.C.
with Morrison opposed.
ATV Sign Placement: J. Crary presented a map showing his recommended areas to post ATV
routes. Bauer stated he would like to use the map Ellen Pulver supplied showing her
recommendation for sign placement. Bauer and Pulver would like to see fewer ATV signs posted.
Pulver stated in addition to providing signs for posting in the Village of Wyocena, the ATV club is
working with other communities to provide signs, therefore, the ATV club would like to keep the cost
as low as possible. Discussion followed regarding the safety of opening streets to ATV traffic when
the street is only accessible from STH 16, which has a 55 mph speed limit. Dan Berg questioned

on the Deadend sign on Crawford Drive near Oakhill Drive. Motion by P. Crary, second by Rose, to
approve the map presented by Jeremy Crary with the addition of three end of ATV route signs to be
placed one each at: the Deadend sign on Crawford Drive near Oakhill Drive, in the northbound right-
