VILLAGE OF WYOCENA SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MINUTES WEDNESDAY, JULY 22, 2020 Call to order: Village President Kim Bauer called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. Roll call: President Kim Bauer, Trustees: Carolyn Schroeder, Patty Jacobson, Kathy Morrison, Doug Rose, Rusty Schiradelly, and Mitchell Walsh. Village attorney John Miller, Jim Grothman representing Grothman and Associates, and citizen Chad Mc Cafferty. Proof of Posting: Village clerk posted the agenda for the July 22, 2020 Special Village Board meeting on the bulletin board at Wyocena Community Center, Wyocena Post Office, the United Cooperative – Wyocena and the Village website on Thursday, July 16, 2020. New Business: CSM Changing Parcels 226, 227, and 127.502: Motion by Walsh, second by Jacobson, to approve CSM 6300, presented by Kim Bauer, changing parcels 226, 227, and 127.502. Roll Call: Schroeder – abstain, Walsh – yes, Morrison – yes, Jacobson – yes, Bauer – abstain, Rose – yes, Schiradelly – yes. M.C. During discussion Walsh expressed he was concerned about Bauer paying all costs associated with the special meeting due to possible public perception. Walsh stated he spoke with the Wisconsin Board of Ethics in regard to this situation. Walsh requested it be recorded in the minutes that all wages he receives for serving on the Village Board will be donated by him to either the Wyocena Library, Wyocena Police Department, or the Wyocena Bureau of Fire.
