Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1 ), the Commission reserves the right to convene into Closed Session with regard specifically to discussions dealing with: Rental Agreement possible legal situation. All actions will be taken during open session. Reconvene into Open Session to take any actions needed as discussed in Closed Session Adjournment Wisconsin Statute allows closed session discussions for any of the following: *Deliberating after a quasi-judicial trial or hearing. *Considering specific personnel matters. *Deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public property, investing public money, or conducting specific public business where competitive or bargaining reasons require secrecy. *Deliberating unemployment insurance or workers’ compensation. *Considering financial, medical, social, or personal histories/disciplinary data of specific persons that would cause substantial adverse effects if disclosed. *Conferencing with legal counsel for litigation strategy. *Considering confidential written advice from the Government Accountability Board. *Considering financial information relating to the support of certain nonprofit corporations.
