Agenda 1. Call to order at 6:00 p.m. – Betty Hoenisch, Village President 2. Introduction of Board of Review Members 3. Invite Assessor Justin Schumacher into the 2023 Board of Review 4. Motion to nominate and approve Board of Review Chairperson and Vice Chairperson 5. Board of Review Members will go through the assessment roll book with the Village Assessor Justin Schumacher 6. Review zoning and building permits that were issued in 2020 and 2021. 7. Adjournment. Notice of the Board of Review was posted at Brokaw Post Office, Brokaw Village Hall, Richard's Restaurant & Bar, Schmidt’s Bar and the Maine Municipal Center, 6111 N. 44th Avenue on October 24, 2023.
