Cindy Bailey, Village Clerk/Treasurer and Leodith Freyholtz, Deputy Clerk 2 Special Board Meeting Minutes-July 26, 2024 Call the Special Board Meeting to order – Betty Hoenisch, Village President President Hoenisch called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Discussion and possible action on Aca Moss for employment with Maine Fire Department Trustee Channel made a motion to approve Aca Moss as an employee on Maine Fire Department. The motion was seconded by Trustee Hase. The motion was 4 in favor and 1 opposed. Motion carried. Discussion and possible action on Jonathan Crane for employment with Maine Fire Department Trustee Kraemer made a motion to deny employment with Maine Fire Department to Jonathan Crane because he resides outside the response area. Trustee Channel seconded the motion. There were 5 in favor and 0 opposed. Motion carried. Discussion and possible action on Victoria Battershell for employment with Maine Fire Department Trustee Channel made a motion to approve Victoria Battershell as an employee on Maine Fire Department. Trustee Kraemer seconded the motion. There were 4 in favor and 1 opposed. Motion carried. Discussion and possible action on Chad Channel for employment with Maine Fire Department Trustee Hase made a motion to approve Chad Channel as an employee on Maine Fire Department. Trustee Kraemer seconded the motion. There were 4 in favor and 1 opposed. Motion carried.
