Interim Clerk Heindl called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Interim Clerk Heindl verified that all open
meeting requirements have been satisfied.
ROLL CALL: Trustee Bruce Reynolds, Trustee Ben Seidler, Erin Witucki, and Joe Yelle.
Also Present: Interim Clerk Jamie Heindl.
Heindl requested a nomination for a Committee Chairperson.
Motion by Reynolds/Yelle to nominate Ben Seidler as Chairperson. Carried. 4/0
Review of 2026 Budget to date.
Requested more information on AC 100.00.51300.000.001.
Next meeting scheduled for 08/17/2026 at 6:00 p.m.
