PR & C (Sarah Delaney) 1. Meeting was called to order by Chairman Johnson at 6 pm. In attendance were Supervisors Delaney, Johns, Thearin and Amery with Treasurer Pagenkopf and Clerk Fogal. 5. MOTION to approve the minutes from August 12th, 2026 Town Board Meeting with corrections made by Johns, seconded by Delaney. All ayes. Motion carried. a. MOTION to approve vouchers in the amount of $12,489.34 plus any regular late coming bills made by Delaney, seconded by Thearin. All ayes. Motion carried. MOTION to approve the conditional use permit 26-03 for Robert & Charlyn Lovely with the proposed conditions made by Delaney, seconded by Johnson. All ayes. Motion carried. Town of Spider Lake Board of Supervisors Meeting Town Hall, 10896W Town Hall Road Wednesday, September 9th, 2026 6 p.m. MOTION to approve the certified survey map porposed by Spider Lake Properties LLC to create Outlot1 of 0.61 acres from existing tax id parcrel 45706 made by Delaney, seconded by Johnson. All ayes. Motion carried. MOTION to approve the proposed consolidation of the two Ramsay parcels (tax ids 31039 & 45980) into a single parcel made by Delaney, seconded by Johnson. All ayes. Motion carried. 9. MOTION to adjourn made by Johns, seconded by Thearin. All ayes. Motion carried. Next Regular Town Board meeting will be on 10/14/26 at 6 pm. 2.
