Call to Order (Chairman)  (As always, individuals may record the open portion of any meeting so long as it does not  interrupt the meeting process)  2. Community Participation: For ways for the public to participate.  Sign‐up sheet, for  three persons ‐ 3 minutes per person ‐ Be respectful.  3. Approve Agenda for Monday, June 30, 2025 (MOTION)  4. Committee structure and function  c. General discussion of goals for 2025.    7.  Finance Committee  a.  Repay ½ CVB Truck loan ($62,500) (MOTION)  b.  Establish $250,000 minimum cash position (MOTION)  c. Resolution to open account at CVB for annual picnic fund.  8.
