Town of Spider Lake Board of Review 10896W Town Hall Road Tuesday June 9, 2025 2:30 PM MIN UTES 1. Meeting was called to order by roll call. In attendance were Sarah Delaney, Mark Johns, Quentin Johnson, Claude Riglemon, Bill Amery and Bianca Cleary. Meeting was noticed in the newspaper and in all three media cabinets. 2. Motion to approve the agenda for June 9, 2025 made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Bianca Cleary. All ayes. Motion carried. 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Motion to appoint Quentin Johnson as chair made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Mark Johns. All ayes. Motion carried. 5. Motion to appoint Mark Johns as Vice Chair made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Bill Amery. All ayes. Motion carried. 6. Review of Open Book 7. Acceptance of Appraiser’s Report 8. Other BOR Items – acknowledgement that three members have taken the Certification for Board of Review: Sarah Delaney, Mark Johns and Quentin Johnson. 9.
