Annual Town Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF SPIDER LAKE ANNUAL MEETING Town Hall 10896 W Town Hall Road Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 6:00 PM Meeting was called to order by Chairman Sheldon at 6 pm. Motion to approve 2025 Annual Meeting Agenda made by Quentin Johnson, seconded by Sarah Delaney. All ayes. Motion carried. Pledge of Allegiance Motion to approve the minutes from April 16, 2024 made by Mark Johns, seconded by Dolores Brandt. All ayes. Motion carried. Motion to set the date for 2026 Annual Meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Town of Spider Lake Town Hall made by Dolores Brandt, seconded by Deb Amery. All ayes. Motion carried. Election results presented by Clerk Cleary. Full results in packet. The Financial Statement for 2024 will be presented at next Town Board Meeting. New Business: Motion by Quentin Johnson and seconded by Sarah Delaney to approve banking changes. The names on the signature cards authorized to sign checks and other bank needs: Treasurer – Molly Pagenkopf, Alternate – George Brandt Clerk – Bianca Cleary, Alternate – Dolores Brandt Chairman – Quentin Johnson, Alternate – Sarah Delaney This applies to all accounts at Frandsen Bank involving the Town of Spider Lake, including: Town of Spider Lake Checking, MMDA, Reserve MMDA, Lockbox, Electronic Funds Transfer and Internet Banking. No discussion. All ayes. Motion carried. As Quentin Johnson has been elected and Town Chairman and stepped down from his Supervisor position, there is a vacancy on the Board of Supervisors which needs to be filled. If you are interested in this position, please reach out to Quentin. His contact information is on the website. Additionally, Quentin will be holding Chairman hours the first and third Monday from 8-10 am if you would like to drop in and have coƯee with him.
