ROADS COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES TOWN OF SPIDER LAKE March 26, 2025 3:30 pm Town Hall Attendees: Q. Johnson, B. Amery, M. Johns, B. VanFleet, D. Fogal Meeting was called to order at 3:35 pm 1. Agenda approved (M. Johns/ B. VanFleet) 2. Approval of Feb. Minutes (M. Johns/B. VanFleet) 3. Discussion about Monroe quote for finishing the tandem plow/dump truck which is on order with a late October deliver expected. -Base price includes $130,000. Which includes stainless steel 14” box -Quote is not a firm price but allows Monroe to schedule work and order long lead time parts -Additions to this truck allow shouldering work to be done more safely and efficiently for cost of approximately $19,900. -Motion to recommend approval of this quote to TBOS.
