Securities and Facilities Committee July 28, 2023 SMILE Room, Taylor County Courthouse Call Meeting to Order: Metz called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Members Present: Jim Metz, Chuck Zenner , Scott Mildbrand, Judge Ann Knox-Bauer, Jill Scheithauer, Courtney Gra ff, Lisa Kaufman, Sheriff Woebbeking , Nicole Hager and Corey Dassow. Members Absent: Kristi Tlusty and Bill Grunewald. Other attendees: Andria Farrand Approve Agenda. A motion was made by Zenner, seconded by Mildbrand, to approve the agenda. A unanimous vote cast, the motion carried. Approve Minutes. A motion was made by Mildbrand, seconded by Zenner, to approve the minutes of the April 7, 2023, Security and Facilities Committee meeting. A unanimous vote cast, the motion carried. Closed Session. A motion was made by Knox-Bauer, seconded by Mildbrand, at 10:01 a.m. to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85 (1)( d), to discuss and update committee members on previously initiated security measures and consider and possibly act upon other security and training issues. A unanimous vote cast, the motion carried. Open Session. A motion was made by Zenner, seconded by Knox-Bauer, to go into open session at 10:29 a.m. A unanimous vote cast, the motion carried.
