COMMITTEE ON COMMITTEES & RULES Tuesday, April 20, 2021 Third Floor County Board Room Call Meeting to Order: Chairman Jim Metz called the meeting to order at 10:41 a.m. Members Present: Jim Metz, Chuck Zenner, Lester Lewis, Scott Mildbrand and Diane Albrecht. Members Absent: Dan Makovsky Other Attendees: Lisa Carbaugh, Linda Daniels and Andria Farrand Approve the agenda: Motion by Albrecht, seconded by Lewis to approve the minutes . Motion carried. Approve the minutes of May 14, 2020 meeting: Motion by Zenner, seconded by Mildbrand to approve the minutes. Motion carried. Discuss and act on ch anges to standing committee appoin tments: Due to the resignation of Supervisor Makovsky , hi s committee assignments need to be re -appointed. Chairma n Metz made the following appointments: Committee on Committees and Rules Committee: Lisa Carbaugh Human Services Board: Lisa Carbaugh Buildings, Grounds and Parks Committee: Rodney Adams Housing Authority Committee: Lisa Carbaugh CEP Representative: Rollie Thums Northwest Regional Planning Commission Alternate: Lester Lewis Indianhead Community Action Agency: Earl Hinkel Transportation Coordination Committee: Michael Bub, Chairman CST Coordinating Committee: Lisa Carbaugh Supervisor Mildbrand stated there is no longer a Chair on the CCS Committee. Marney Richling has been appointed to the Commission on Aging Committee. Adjourn: Motion by Albrecht, seconded b y Lewis to adjourn the meeting at 10:58 a.m. The motion carried.
