REDISTRICTING COMMITTEE Tuesday, August 17, 2021 Third Floor County Board Room Members Present: Jim Metz, Chuck Zenner, Lester Lewis, Rollie Thums, Michelle Grimm, John Easterly and Andria Farrand Members Absent: Bob Meyer Other Attendees: Ashley Lemke and Stacie Tanata-City of Medford , Casey Belgram and Brian Wilson-Star News were present Call Meeting to Order: Chairman Jim Metz called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Approve Agenda: Thums made a motion, seconded by Lewis, to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Review Redistricting timeline: Farrand presented the timeline to the committee with a very condensed time span to ensure completion by the October 27 th County Board session. There was some discussion about the Town of Medford an d City of Medford likely being the two municipalities that may need to have some boundary changes. City of Medford Clerk , Ashley Lemke, would like to participate in the changes as they are made. Joh n Easterly and Michelle Grimm to coordinate with Lemke to review the data a nd make the chan ges. Once the data is received and changes are made, we will call another meeting of the committee to review.
