COMMON COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS February 26, 2024, at 5:41 p.m. Special Meeting Mayor Hauser, Presiding Present: Johnson, Juresh, Mathson, Morris Amanda Hegge, Library Director; Karen Witte, Clerk-Treasurer Absent: House, Sendelbach Agenda Items Change Order #1 for the Library Building Project in the amount of $31,086.23 was received. The change order was for the removal and replacement of unsuitable and contaminated soil at the building site. SEH, Inc., and the Whitehall Library Board have approved the change order. Council Member Johnson moved to approve the change order. Council Member Morris seconded, and the motion carried on a voice vote as follows: Ayes – Johnson, Juresh, Mathson, Morris Nays – 0 Council Member Johsnon moved to approve an updated Ambulance Agreement with Gundersen Tri- County Ambulance Service.
