Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Supervisor John Fenniman, Supervisor Gary Frankiewicz, Supervisor Miles Macone, Treasurer Joan Avery, Clerk Shauna Lindstrom Others present: Eileen Barron Minutes of May 19, 2020 Regular Meeting: Motion by Supervisor Gary Frankiewicz to approve and May 2020 minutes, seconded by Supervisor Miles Macone; motion carried unanimously. Treasurer’s Report: Motion by Supervisor John Fenniman to accept May 2020 Treasurer’s Report, seconded by Supervisor Gary Frankiewicz; motion carried unanimously. Correspondence: None New Business:  Motion made by Supervisor John Fenniman to approve AAA Sports liquor license, seconded by Supervisor Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously.  Motion made by Supervisor John Fenniman to make 95% progress payment to Monarch Paving Co. in amount of $73,406.36 ($77,269.85 X 95% = $73,406.36), seconded by Supervisor Gary Frankiewicz. One foot wide gravel on each side of asphalt pavement to be completed after asphalt hardens. Payment to be made by check number 9496. Highway Update and Expenditures (Supervisor Fenniman):  Road Supervisor Fenniman planning asphalt patches to part of Blooming Vale Road and to part of Mann Road. Payment of Bills (including status of Town Budget vs Actual expenses to date and Balance Sheet): Motion by Supervisor Miles Macone to approve payment of bills in the amount of $1,891.67, in addition to Monarch Paving Co. $73,406.36, motion seconded by Supervisor Gary Frankiewicz. Motion carried unanimously. Citizen Comments:  Eileen Barron asking about speed limit sign on Sunset Lane. Supervisor Fenimman will talk to Washburn County Highway Department regarding “dead end” sign and/or “speed caution” sign at Westerly end of road. Supervisors will have a conversation with Jesse Kauffman.  Supervisor Gary Frankiewicz reported on a family who will be donating a masonry bench in memory of their father who passed away this week. Future Agenda Items for Regular Board Meeting:  Status of Spooner Golf Club Liquor License  Road Supervisor Fenniman report status of asphalt patches on Blooming Vale Road and Mann Road.
