Stat. Sec. 60.11(4) by five (5) Electors at the April 21, 2020 scheduled ANNUAL ELECTOR’S MEETING to Tuesday, May 19, 2020 in response to COVID-19 distancing guidelines. Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Elector John Fenniman. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Electors present: John Fenniman, Gary Frankiewicz, Miles Macone, Joan Avery, Shauna Lindstrom, Keith Trembath Minutes of November 12, 2019 Special Town Meeting of Electors and Minutes of April 21, 2020 Meeting of Electors: Motion to approve minutes as written by Gary Frankiewicz; seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. November Special Town Meeting of Electors: Motion by John Fenniman to set Special Meeting for November 10, 2020 at 6 p.m. at Town Hall to set Levy and consider the Electors increase of the allowable Levy Limit for calendar year 2021; seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. Place review of Proposed Town Budget/Levy on November Special Meeting: Motion by Gary Frankiewicz to review Town Budget for calendar year 2021 at November Special Town Meeting; seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. • Recommending the possibility to present to the Electors’ at the November Special Meeting an increase the to Allowable Levy in the amount of $10,000. Motion by Gary Frankiewicz; seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. • Motion by Gary Frankiewicz to increase Clerk’s Annual Salary from Nine Thousand ($9,000) to Ten Thousand ($10,000) effective April 2021 after the Term of Office is renewed upon election; seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. The existing annual $1,200 ($100/month) payment for maintain Town Website will remain in addition to annual salary. • Motion by Gary Frankiewicz to increase Treasurer’s Annual Salary from Four thousand, five hundred ($4,500) to Four thousand, nine hundred ($4,900) effective April 2021 after the Term of Office is renewed upon election; seconded by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. • Motion by Gary Frankiewicz to increase Road Supervisor’s Annual Salary from One Thousand, two hundred ($1,200) by Eight Hundred ($800) to Two Thousand ($2,000) effective April 2021 after the Term of Office is renewed upon election, and to increase Road Supervisor’s Annual Salary from Two Thousand ($2,000) by Four Hundred ($400) to Two Thousand, Four Hundred ($2,400) effective April 2022; seconded Chairman John Fenniman PO Box 578 Spooner, WI 54801 Clerk Shauna Lindstrom PO Box 578 Spooner, WI 54801 Treasurer Joan Avery N5781 County Hwy K Spooner, WI 54801 Supervisor Gary Frankiewicz N6086 County Hwy A Spooner, WI 54801 Supervisor Miles Macone N5520 Bengs Court Spooner, WI 54801 by Miles Macone. Motion carried unanimously. It was acknowledged Road Supervisor duties can be assigned to any Supervisor including, but not limited, to the Chairman. Current Road Supervisor John Fenniman abstained from voting. Elector’s Concerns: NONE Next Special Town Meeting of Electors: November, November 10, 2020 at 6 p.m. The next Annual Meeting of Elector’s is, by Wisconsin Statutes, the 3rd Tuesday of April, and therefore April 20, 2021.
