Stat. Sec. 60.11(4) by five (5) Electors at the April 21, 2020 scheduled ANNUAL ELECTOR’S MEETING to Tuesday, May 19, 2020 in response to COVID-19 distancing guidelines. 1. Call to Order 2. Minutes of November 12, 2019 Special Town Meeting of Electors and Minutes of April 21, 2020 Meeting of Electors. 3. Scheduling November Special Meeting of Electors – November 10, 2020 at 6 p.m. to set Levy and consider the Electors increase of the allowable Levy for calendar year 2021. 4. New Business:  Discussion by Electors of the possibility of exceeding the allowable levy limit later this year to increase the Allowable Levy in the amount of $10,000.  Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes sec 60.10(b) the town meeting has the direct power to fix the compensation of elective town offices under sec 60.32. Attached is the Dec 2018 two paged Wage & Salary Survey of municipalities in Washburn County. Any Elector (who must reside within the Town of Spooner to qualify as an Elector) may make a motion to change the salary of any one and/or all elected Town Officer(s), which Motion ,if seconded, may be voted on by the Electors present. NOTE pursuant to Sec 60.32(2) the compensation may be (a) annual salary; (b)per diem compensation for each day or part of a day necessarily devoted to the service of the town and the discharge of duties, and/or a combination of (a) and (b). 5.
