Call to Order at 6 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance recited. 2. Electors present: Mike Plisky, Mabi Plisky, Duran Bjorklund, Shauna Lindstrom, Joan Avery, Gary Frankiewicz, John Fenniman, Miles Macone arrived at 6:05 p.m. 3. Minutes of April 16, 2019 Annual Meeting of Electors. Gary Frankiewicz motioned to approve, seconded by Mike Plisky. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Motion to recommend to the Board of Supervisors the proposed Town 2020 Budget by Mike Plisky; seconded by Duran Bjorklund. Motion carried unanimously. It is noted that the Notice of Town of Spooner Special Town Meeting of Electors was posted in at the following 3 places (AAA Sports Shop, Bulik’s Mobile Home Park, Spooner Lake Town Billboard, and Town Hall bulletin board, Spooner Advocate and posted on www.townofspooner.com) at least 15 days prior to November 12, 2019 and not more than 20 days in advance of November 12. 5. Motion to approve the 2019 total town tax levy of $153,789 to be collected in 2020. Motion by Mabi Plisky, seconded by Gary Frankiewicz. Motion carried unanimously. 6. Elector’s Items or Concerns: Request to place on the April Annual Electors agenda a proposal to increase of Town’s levy limit by $10,000 (to offset some of North Memorial Ambulance service subsidy to the Town). 7. The next Annual Meeting of Electors is scheduled for third Tuesday of April (April 21, 2020) at 6 p.m. at Town Hall. 8. Motion for adjournment by Mike Plisky; seconded by Gary Frankiewicz.
