Members present: Michael Plisky, Roger Castleberg, John Fenniman, Gary Frankiewicz, Miles Macone, Joan Avery. Clerk Shauna Lindstrom excused. Minutes of November 13, 2018 Special Town Meeting of Electors: Motion to approve minutes as written by Miles Macone, seconded by Gary Frankiewic; motion carried unanimously. November Meeting of Electors: Motion by Gary Frankiewicz to set Special Meeting for November 12, 2019 at 6 p.m. at Town Hall to set Tax Levy, seconded by Miles Macone; motion carried unanimously. Place review of Town Budget of Proposed Budget/Levy on November Special Meeting: Motion by John Fenniman to review Town Budget for calendar year 2020 at November Special Meeting, seconded by Gary Frankiewicz; motion carried unanimously. Elector’s Concerns: Roger Castleberg-concerns regarding snowplowing. Supervisor Fenniman advised that it takes 8-11 hours to plow the 21 miles to Town roads and therefore, there is a delay from the end of snowfall until the Town road is plowed at each Elector’s home. Next Special Town Meeting of Electors: November 12, 2019 at 6 p.m. The next Annual Meeting of Elector’s is by Wisconsin Statutes the third Tuesday in April and therefore April 21, 2020, will be the next Annual Meeting of Elector’s. Adjourn: Motion by John Fenniman to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Roger Castleberg; motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 6:09 p.m.
