FINANCE & PERSONNEL COMMITTEE August 1 8 , 202 6 6: 45 pm PRESENT : Chairperson Rusniak, Members Webb, Savage and Garza. ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Steve Volkert and City Clerk Shanna Kreilka mp Call to Order – Chairperson Rusniak called the meeting to order at 6: 45 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of Hartford City Hall, 109 North Main Street. Public Comment Period – None. Discussion and consideration of approving a new “ Class B ” Intoxicating Liquor License and Class “ B ” Fermented Malt Beverage License for Double Down Lounge, LLC d/b/a Double Down Lounge for premises located at 25 West Sumner Street for the period of September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027 . – City Clerk Shanna Kreilkamp stated this was formerly CGO Properties and the owner requested a name change through this new LLC. All paperwork has been submitted , and everything came back with no concerns. MOTION by Alderperson Webb , seconded by Alderperson Garza approving a new “ Class B ” Intoxicating Liquor License and Class “ B ” Fermented Malt Beverage License for Double Down Lounge, LLC d/b/a Double Down Lounge for premises located at 25 West Sumner Street for the period of September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027 . MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY Discussion and consideration of authorizing the appropriate City Officials to accept a quote from CivicPlus for Agenda Software for a cost not to exceed $12,125.00 . – C ity Clerk Kreilkamp informed the Committee that this Agenda Software will streamline the process allowing for fewer mistakes. The upfront cost is $12,125.00 which includes setup and implementation and there is an annual fee of $7,500.00. MOTION by Alderperson Savage , seconded by Alderperson Webb for authorizing the appropriate City Officials to accept a quote from CivicPlus for Agenda Software for a cost not to exceed $12,125.00.
