ROLL CALL; DECLARATION OF QUORUM; PUBLIC NOTICE The meeting clerk, DCD Office Assistant Kailyn Marquardt took the roll call as follows: Present: Commissioner Felda, Commissioner Schulpius, Deputy Director of Community Development Nikki Jones on behalf of Director Kessler Excused: Commissioner Theodore Anderson Staff Present: Principal Planner Kelly Wall, Principal Planner Kristen Hogan, DCD Office Assistant Kailyn Marquardt The meeting clerk confirmed that a quorum was present and that the meeting was properly posted in compliance with open meetings law. 3. (3) NJ UA-2601735 Josh Obert with Walters Buildings on behalf of Certified Products II LLC - 19000 W. Lincoln Ave. (Operations occur on both Tax Key #'s: 1172.994 & 1172.998.003) - Use, Site and Architecture for a new 5,701 square foot building. MOTION: Motion to Approve Motion by: Commissioner Schulpius VOTE: Second by: Commissioner Felda Motion Passed 3-0 B. (2) NJ UA-2601656 Nicholas Fontaine with Fontaines Furniture 14666 W. National Avenue - Use, Site and Architecture for approval for after-the-fact painting of the building.
