Utility Committee MEETING MINUTES May 26, 2026 - 4:45 PM Council Chambers 3805 S. Casper Drive MINUTES 1. CALL TO ORDER Alderman Hopkins called the meeting to order at 4:46 PM 2. ROLL CALL; DECLARATION OF QUORUM; PUBLIC NOTICE Administrative Specialist Norgie Metzinger took the roll call as follows: Present: Alderperson Hopkins, Commissioner Anderson, Alderperson Kroupa Excused: Commissioner Howard Nissen Jr., Alderman Harenda Staff Present: John Sughroe - Accounting Supervisor, Administrative Specialist Norgie Metzinger The Administrative Specialist confirmed that a quorum was present and that the meeting was properly posted in compliance with open meetings law. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. 04/28/2026 Meeting Minutes MOTION: Motion to Approve Motion by: Alderperson Kroupa Second by: Commissioner Anderson VOTE: Motion Passed 3-0 4. NEW BUSINESS A. UT 13-26 Recommend to the Common Council to approve Resolution #26-08 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) for reporting year 2025. MOTION: Motion to Approve Motion by: Alderperson Kroupa Second by: Commissioner Anderson VOTE: Motion Passed 3-0 5. OLD BUSINESS NONE 6. UPDATES A. Milwaukee Water update. Meeting with Milwaukee a couple of weeks ago. Looking to have full rate case by beginning of 2027. 7.
