Board of Public Works MEETING MINUTES May 18, 2026 - 4:30 PM Council Chambers 3805 S. Casper Dr. MINUTES 1. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. The Privilege of the Floor session shall not exceed a total of thirty (30) minutes. No members of the public (or attendees) spoke during this portion of the meeting. 2. CALL TO ORDER Ald. Horbinski called the meeting to order at 4:33pm. 3. ROLL CALL; DECLARATION OF QUORUM; PUBLIC NOTICE Assistant Deputy City Clerk Sarah Holtz took the roll call as follows: Present: Board Member Seidl, Alderperson Horbinski, Alderperson Hopkins Excused: Mayor Dave Ament, Alderperson Dave Maxey Staff Present: Assistant Deputy City Clerk Sarah Holtz, DCD Office Assistant Kailyn Jackowick, City Engineer Tammy Simonson The Assistant Deputy City Clerk confirmed that a quorum was present and that the meeting was properly posted in compliance with open meetings law. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. 01/19/2026 Meeting Minutes MOTION: Motion to Approve Motion by: Board Member Seidl Second by: Alderperson Hopkins VOTE: Motion Passed 3-0 5. OLD BUSINESS No Items 6. NEW BUSINESS A. ITEM 05-26 Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to approve Resolution 2026-07 adopting Waukesha County Ordinance 180-56 "Amendment to Established Street and Highway Width Map of Waukesha County." MOTION: Motion to Approve Motion by: Board Member Seidl Second by: Alderperson Hopkins VOTE: Motion Passed 3-0 B. ITEM 06-26 Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to approve work hours for the reconstruction of CTH O (Moorland Road) from CTH D (Cleveland Avenue) to STH 59 (Greenfield Avenue) during the 2027 construction season from 7am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday.
