CALL TO ORDER Alderperson Kroupa called the meeting to order at 5:33 PM 2. ROLL CALL; DECLARATION OF QUORUM; PUBLIC NOTICE Present: Commissioner Ferrante, Commissioner Wicihowski, Alderperson Kroupa Excused: Commissioner Robert Rafel, Mayor Ament Staff Present: Director of Public Works Lucas Pichler, Deputy Director of Public Works Mike Eder, Parks Supervisor Josh Fabian 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. January 12, 2026 Meeting Minutes MOTION: Motion to Approve Motion by: Commissioner Wicihowski Second by: Commissioner Ferrante VOTE: Motion Passed 3-0 4. NEW BUSINESS A. Recommend to Common Council to approve establishing opening and closure dates for the City of New Berlin Parks and their respective bathrooms of April 15th and October 15th, weather dependent. B. Recommend to the Common Council approval of the 2026 and 2027 Park & Athletic Field Rental Fee Structure. 5. UPDATES NONE 6.
