TOWN OF GENESEE SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MINUTES August 10, 2026 Chairman Tesch called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Present were Chairman Tesch, Town Board Supervisors Morris, Reece and Braun by phone. Also present were Administrator Herrmann and Clerk Treasurer Majeskie. Supervisor Yatzeck was absent. Discussion/Action – Contractor for Concession stand at Sunset Park repair and warranty Discussion. Morris made a motion to approve having Oakridge Contractors repair part of the roof at the concession stand, seconded by Reece. The motion passed 4-0. Discussion/Action- MSA contract for the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Morris made a motion to approve the MSA contract with the advice of our attorney, seconded by Reece. The motion passed 4-0.
