Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel regarding written findings of fact, conclusions of law, and determination related to the Board's prior determination of aggrieved party status. 4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION 5. NEW BUSINESS A. Discussion and possible action to adopt the written findings of fact, conclusions of law, and determination regarding aggrieved party status for purposes of appeal. B. Discussion and possible action to schedule a hearing on the merits of the appeal following the Board's prior determination of aggrieved status. 6.
