1 Finance Committee - May 19, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes May 19, 2026 - 6:00 PM Aldermen Present: Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Charles Schellpeper, Zachary Frankowski Also Present: Matt Rosek, April Welch, Kevin Ellis, Mark Frye, Gina Kozlik, Jason Gallo, Tim Reel, Erik Joost, Scott Osborn, Steve Hatton Chairman Aultman Kloth called the Finance Committee Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was confirmed at 6:00 PM. Committee Business a. Review/Discuss Vouchers The Vouchers were reviewed and approved as presented. 1. Monthly Voucher Report - April 2026 b. Consider/recommend Resolution 26-R3369 Approving the Advance Ordering of a 2027 Plow Truck Chassis Finance Director Hatton explained that this item was part of the 2027 capital plan, but with the emissions standards changing it would be beneficial to order early and they were seeking approval to make a commitment for advance ordering and not accept delivery or make payment until 2027. Motion to recommend Resolution 26-R3369 approving the Advance Ordering of a 2027 Plow Truck Chassis made by Frankowski and seconded by Schellpeper. Motion carried 3-0-0. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Frankowski and seconded by Schellpeper. Motion carried 2-0-0. The meeting adjourned at 6:06 PM.
