Proposals were sent to 27 engineering firms. We received 5 proposals on Monday April 20, 2026. The scope of services in the RFP included the following tasks: Task 1 Permanent Traffic Signal Installation Plans & Bid Package Task 2 Project Bidding / Post Bid Tasks The RFP required a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) cost for the tasks associated with the design work. The consultant with the highest combined total of points will be recommended to Council for approval with the not to exceed cost plus authorization for staff to execute a 10% contingency.
