This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. (First Watch #1163) RELATES TO THE STRATEGIC PLAN Strategic Goal- N/A BACKGROUND Our office is in receipt of an application for a Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage and a “Class “C” Wine licenses from First Watch Restaurants, Inc. (First Watch #1163), Bryce Kingsbury, Agent, to sell fermented malt beverages and wine at 1295 Olympia Fields Drive. First Watch #1163 anticipates an opening date of April 6th and has provided a floor plan outlining where the beverages will be stored. The applicant meets all Chapter 12 and State licensing requirements. ADDITIONAL ANALYSIS There are no quotas or restrictions for Class “B” Beer or “Class C” Wine licenses. FINANCIAL IMPACT N/A COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION Motion to recommend to the Common Council Resolution 26-R3346 granting a new 2025-2026 Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage and “Class C” Wine licenses to First Watch Restaurants, Inc. (First Watch #1163). (First Watch #1163) WHEREAS, an application for the following new licenses has been made, necessary fees deposited and all legal procedures have been taken, as per ordinance of the City of Oconomowoc.
