1 Utility Committee - February 17, 2026 City of Oconomowoc Utility Committee Meeting Minutes February 17, 2026 - 7:20 PM Aldermen Present: Charles Schellpeper, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Erik Jungwirth Also Present: Mark Frye, Scott Osborn, Steve Hatton, Matt Mulder, Karen Spiegelberg, Matt Rosek, Kevin Ellis, Gina Kozlik Chairman Rosek called the Utility Committee Meeting to order and appropriate meeting notice was confirmed at 7:20 PM. Approve Minutes a. Minutes of February 3, 2026 Motion to approve the minutes of February 3, 2026 made by Aultman Kloth and seconded by Rosek. Motion carried 3-0-0. Committee Business a. Consider/recommend Resolution 26-R3338 Approving a Contract Extension for Cross Connection Control Program Inspection Services Rosek asked if they could get a 5-year contract and Osborn said the one-year extension would let them take advantage of better pricing now. Motion to recommend Resolution 26-R3338 approving a contract extension for Cross Connection Control Program Inspection Services made by Aultman Kloth and seconded by Jungwirth. Motion carried 3-0-0. Review Committee Reports No comments from the Committee. a. Utility Billing Report - February 2026 b. Electric Utility Report - February 2026 c. Water Report - February 2026 d.
