The base bids ranged from a low of $25,950.00 to a high of $41,498.01. The bid summary below shows that based on the base bid the lowest responsible bidder is Property Solutions Contracting. Contractor Total Bid Property Solutions Contracting $25,950.00 Johnson’s Nursery $41,498.01 The Cit y’s overall budget for the 2026 Oakwood Park Tree Planting project is $50,000.00. The ant icipated total project costs are $25,950.00 provided by Property Solutions Contracting, as the lowest bidder. The br eakdown of the anticipated costs for the project are as follows: Project Activity Anticipated Costs Construction Base Bid $25,950.00 Contingency (5%) $1,297.50 Engineering & Construction Management $6,000.00 Total $33,247.50 P roperty Solutions Contracting is a well-known and often used contractor, and the City has done projects with them in the past. We do not have any concerns using them to complete this project.
