The base bids ranged from a low of $585,960.45 to a high of $649,604.95. The bid summary below shows that based on the base bid the lowest responsible bidder is Stark Pavement Corporation. Contractor Total Bid Stark Pavement Corporation $585,960.45 Payne and Dolan, Inc. $598,287.50 Wolf Paving Co., Inc. $649,604.95 The City’s overall budget for the 2026 Street Improvement Program is $732,274.00. A breakdown of the budget is shown below. Project Budgeted Amount 2026 Street Improvement Program $700,000.00 2026 Genesee Street Crosswalk Improvements $32,274.00 Total $732,274.00 The anticipated total project costs are $707,737.47 provided by Stark Pavement Corporation, as the lowest bidder. We do not have any concerns using them to complete this project. We recommend that the City of Delafield award the 2026 Street Improvement Program construction contract, including the Genesee Street Crosswalk Improvements, to Stark Pavement Corporation in the amount of $585,960.45.
