That by itself made me want to request signage or something along those lines to deter this behavior, which can be dangerous for the wildlife. Today, it was taken up a notch and the person feeding them repeatedly gathered them on the parking lot like usual, only to throw a handful of food at them so that they would panic and scaƩer/fly away. Did this at least 5 Ɵmes and appeared to be doing it before I got there. I have seen at least one mallard limping from this behavior and can’t imagine gathering them up in the small, paved, parking area is helpful to them either. Now that the person feeding leŌ, a large porƟon of the flock are just siƫng in the lot, not going back to the water. Any sort of signage or other deterrence would be much appreciated. Thank you!
