BADKE NOTICE
URBAN FORESTRY BOARD
CITY OF MENOMONIE
March 27, 2026
1:30 pm
Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.84(2) and (3), notice is hereby given that a majority of the Urban
Forestry Board and/or City Council may be present at Phelan Park (1200 21st Ave East,
Menomonie, Wisconsin, 54751) on Friday, March 27, 2026 to view progress on a stream
restoration project.
The topics of conversation include invasive species removal, tree planting and stream
restoration.
For the purposes of the open meeting law only, this constitutes a meeting of the Urban Forestry
Board and City Council pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d
533, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although no formal action will be
taken at this time.
