Roll Call: Randy Knaack, Matthew Crowe, Barbara Bauer -Chen, Amanda Pickerign -Yaeger, and Grady Richartz. Others Present: Eric Atkinson and Tammy Simon Motion to approve the December 3, 2025, minutes was made by Bauer -Chen and seconded by Richartz. Motion carried unanimously. Atkinson provided the 4th quarter room tax data. Simon provided the Chamber reports. The next meeting date was set for July 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers. Richartz provided an update on the UW-Stout Men’s Hockey Team collegiate tournament. Motion to adjourn was made by Richartz and seconded by Bauer -Chen. The motion carried unanimously.
