Parking Utility Commission Eric Atinson called a meeting of the Menomonie Parking Utility to order in the Conference Room 58 at 9:30 a.m. on February 17, 2026. Members Present: Vogl, Solberg, Lisa Frank, Schoenborn, Knaack, and Hollister. Others Present: Atkinson, Wildner, Shipley, and Meriwether Hollister motioned to approve the November 18 , 2025 minutes with a second by Schoenborn. Motion carried. Discussion was had regarding the use of 12 parking stalls for the Murals In Menomonie event on June 24-28, 2026. A motion was made by Lisa Frank to approve the use of the said 12 parking stalls as presented, seconded by Knaack. Motion carried. Schoenborn abstained. Meriwether provided information regarding our current IPS Parking Kiosks becoming o bsolete in 2028. At that time, we will be unable to order parts. More information to be dis cussed at the April Parking meeting. Shipley provided information on the sales of parking permits. We recently have inc reased available permits from 82 to 119 and only 64 are sold to date. Additional information and discussion at the April Parking meeting. Brief discussion regarding the time of the next meeting. It was agreed upo n that 9:15 works best for attending commissioners. The next meeting will be scheduled on April 21, 2026 at 9:15 am.
