New Business: a) Consider recommendation regarding Proposed Ordinance 2026-02, an Ordinance repealing and replacing Title 9, Chapter 2 Residential Rental Properties – discussion and possible action. b) Consider recommendation regarding Proposed Ordinance 2026-03, an Ordinance rezoning certain lands along 3M Drive (6103 3M Drive) from Restricted Industrial (I-1) District to Local Commercial (B-2) District – discussion and possible action. c) Review Town of Menomonie Future Land Use Map – discussion and possible action. d) Confirm availability for next meeting date – Monday February 23, 2026 – discussion only (no action). 5.
