10/31/2025 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

TOWN OF GENESEE SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MINUTES OCTOBER 31, 2025 9:00 A.M. Chairman Tesch called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. Present were Chairman Tesch, Town Board Supervisors Ross, Gresser, and Braun via phone call. Also, present was Administrator Herrmann. Supervisor Morris was absent. Discussion/Action – Resolution 25-7R-A Authorizing the issuance and sale of a $480,000.00 General Obligation Promissory Note. Ross made a motion to approve Resolution 25-7R-A, seconded by Gresser. The motion passed 4-0 Discussion/Action – Settling of legal action with Brian Baltz Ross made a motion to approve $1,750.00 fine to Brian Baltz to settle the lawsuit, seconded by Gresser. The motion passed 4-0 Adjourn Braun made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Ross. The motion passed 4-0.
