MONDAY, AUGUST 12, 2024 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Jul Checks # 17607 - 17612 Aug Checks # 17613 - 17645 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:30pm, by Acting Chairman George Schumer in Scott Darnell absent, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Acting Chairman/ Supervisor George Schumer , Supervisor Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Cheri Barnharst , Road Supervisor Leo Schultz and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Chairman Scott Darnell was absent. Also present were 4 residents and 0 non-resident. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda with the addition of operator license for Zachary Hendricks-Roadhouse, seconded by Schumerl and carried aye-2. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: Alliant is trimming trees. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Hodal to approve the July 8, 2024 Regular Town Board Meeting, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-2. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s July 31, 2024 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye- 2. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Patching a lot more than average & mowing due to the rain, grading & grader broke a hose all good now. CONSTABLE REPORT: Nine incidents: truck burnouts, lot of garbage/debris complaints & tree on power line. APPROVE OPERATOR LICENSES FOR 2024-2026 BERNARD ARNOLD – WILDERNESS & ZACHARY HENDRICKS-ROADHOUSE: Motion by Hodal to approve operator licenses for 2024-2026 for Bernard Arnold –Wilderness & Zachary Hendricks- Roadhouse, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-2. NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, SEPTEMBER 9, AT 6:30 PM. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Hodal to adjourn at 6:39 pm, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-2.
