1 MONDAY, JULY 9, 2018 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: June Checks # 14430 – 14433 & July Checks # 14434 – 14474 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:32 pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, Road Supervisor Leo Schultz and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present were 9 residents and 1 non- resident. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Schumer to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Hodal to approve the June 11, 2018 Regular Town Board Meeting, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Schumer to approve the Treasurer’s June 30, 2018 report as presented, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: The mowing is done till fall, fighting lots of beaver dams, working on the 7th Ave TRIP project, the 28th St working on shoulders, ditching, and rip rap for bridge walls,& grading the refuge. The Peterbilt is leaking, need repairs, also we signed “No Thru Truck 8Ton” on 19th St & 7th Ave. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 9 incidents: trash issue, ATV, and property check. OPERATOR LICENSE FOR 2018-2020: ELISA LIMA-ROADHOUSE & RONALD JOHNSON-ROADHOUSE: Motion by Hodal to approve operator licenses for Elisa Lima & Ronald Johnson both for Roadhouse for 2018-2020 period, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK REVISIONS: Remove uniform reference and make clean copy with changes from attorney for next month. APPROVE UP TO 8 ELECTION POLL WORKERS FOR AUGUST 14, 2018: Motion by Hodal to approve up to 8 election poll workers for August 14, 2018, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. 2 AMBULANCE UPDATE: Taft & Baumgart attending meeting and discussion is increasing this year and next year per cap on contract. SET 2018 BOARD OF REVIEW DATE: Gave Lori choice of August 29 or September 5, 2018 for Board of Review, late afternoon. NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, AUGUST13, 2018 @ 6:30 PM: Date changed due to conflict for Hodal so next meeting will be Thursday August 9, 2018 at 6:30 pm. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Hand out of Treasurer Report, Noise of fireworks & weekend noise, garbage, enforcement, & Arnold neighbor complaint filed with Town.
