MONDAY, JUNE 11, 2018 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: May Checks # 14400-14402 & June Checks # 14403 – 14429 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:34 pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Road Supervisor Leo Schultz and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Treasurer Richard Baumgart was excused absent. Also present were 9 residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as updated with addition of Dawn Bader operator license at Roadhouse, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Schumer to approve the May 14, 2018 Regular Town Board Meeting, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s May 31, 2018 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Working on patching, grading maintenance of garage and equipment. Also getting 7th Ave ready for TRIP project, the ditching work is done and culverts out. Pulverzing to start on 7th Ave on June 18, 2018. We also were ditching on 28th St. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 6 incidents: trash issue, ATV, dog, furniture, and property check. ADDITIONAL ROADS FOR 2018 ROAD PROJECTS: 12TH AVE NORTH, 7TH AVE SOUTH & 25TH ST WEST: Motion by Schumer to use reserve money to do the additional road of 7th Ave south of TRIP project for $22,000.00, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF LIQUOR LICENSES FOR 2018-2019: MILO M BRCIK, D/B/A WOODBINE INN EASTWICK CORP, D/B/A REEL INN ROADHOUSE PUB & GRUB LLC BRIAN MILLER, D/B/A WILDERNESS INN STAR ROUTE MOTEL AND LOUNGE INN: Motion by Hodal to approve all 5 above name businesses for a 2018-2019 liquor License, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF PICNIC LICENSE FOR QUEEN OF HOLY ROSARY SUMMERFEST ON AUGUST 18, 2018: Ginny Hodal abstained due to involvement to Queen of Holy Rosary. Motion by Schumer to approve the picnic license for Queen of Holy Rosary Summer fest on August 18, 2018, seconded by Taft and carried aye-2. OPERATOR LICENSE FOR 2018-2020: LORI JANOCIAK - ROADHOUSE, JENNELLE LANG – WILDERNESS INN, JAMES CARR - WILDERNESS INN: Motion by Schumer to approve all 3 above named operator licenses for 2018-2020, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK REVISIONS: gave copies of revision from attorney to review, table NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, JULY 9, 2018 @ 6:30 PM: PUBLIC COMMENTS: Question of sand/salt left, about a third. Question about treasurer report and would like copy. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Hodal to adjourn at 7:26 pm, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3.
