MONDAY, JULY 10, 2017 AT 6:30 PM FOLLOWING BOARD OF REVIEW, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Jun Checks # 13881 – 13883 & Jul Checks # 13884 – 138925 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:40 pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. : ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Carl Bezemek, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, New Road Supervisor Leo Schultz and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present were 14 residents and 3 non-residents (Star-Times & Necedah School Administrator). ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Schumer to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Bezemek and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Schumer to approve the June 12, 2017 Regular Town Board Meeting, and Special Town Board Meetings June 14,June 15, June 19 & June 26, 2017 as presented, seconded by Bezemek and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Schumer to approve the Treasurer’s June 30, 2017 report as presented, seconded by Bezemek and carried aye- 3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: New Road Supervisor Leo Schultz. He got another recycling container for plastic. The mowing is done, so wedging & patching. Watching the road closed due to water. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 11 incidents: AT issues and property checks. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR, POSITION TO BE FILLED, AN APPOINTMENT: Motion by Schumer to appoint Scott Darnell as the Emergency Management Director and Steve Norlling as the Assistance, seconded by Bezemek and carried aye-3. WILDFIRE TOWN OF NECEDAH MITIGATION ACTION PLAN FOR 2018-2022: Motion by Bezemek to approve the draft of Wildfire Mitigation Action Plan for 2018- 20122 for Ginny Hodal to take to Wildfire Board, seconded by Schumer and carried aye- 3. SLOW NO-WAKE AT N10098 COUNTY ROAD G: No motion WRITE-OFF PERSONAL PROPERTY OF DAVID SCHULTZ FOR 28-3231 & 28-3264: Motion by Schumer to write off personal property 2015 of David Schultz for # 28-3231 & 28-3264, seconded by Bezemek and carried aye-3. NEED TO CHANGE THE OCTOBER 9, 2017 TOWN BOARD MEETING DATE: Date changed to October 10, 2017 2 6:30 pm. BOARD OF REVIEW SET FOR AUGUST 9, 2017 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, OPEN BOOK IS 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH: August 14, 2017 AT 6:30 PM. PUBLIC COMMENTS: New school administrator Tanya Kotlowski introduced herself. Linda Brazy spoke of easement and land lock property issues.
