MONDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2016 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Nov Checks # 13553 – 13557 & Dec Checks # 13558 – 13590 CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 6:31 pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisor Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, Road Supervisor Darrell Santana, and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Supervisor George Schumer was excused absent. Also present were 17 residents and 3 non-residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Taft and carried aye-2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Hodal to approve the November 14, 2016 Regular Town Board Meeting, November 17, 2016 Public Budget Hearing, Elector Town Meeting and Special Town Board Meeting as presented, seconded by Taft and carried aye-2. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s November 30, 2016 report as presented, seconded by Taft and carried aye- 2. ROAD SUPERVISOR’S REPORT: Snowplowing & grading cleanup. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 6 incidents, dealt with debris, camper complaints and property checks. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: Necedah Chamber of Commerce president introduced himself & talked about chamber. Comments about camper ordinance. CHARLENE NORBERG DIRECTOR OF JUNEAU COUNTY AGING & DISABILITY TALK ABOUT SENIOR NUTRITION PROGRAM: No show TRAILER VARIANCE FOR W6596 20TH St: Pictures inside & out were provided, good frame & new pitch roof. Motion by Hodal to grant variance for the replacement trailer at W6596 20th St, seconded by Taft and carried aye-2. APPROVE DEBORAH SCIACCA AS A POLL WORKER FOR 2016-2017: Motion by Hodal to approve Deborah Sciacca as a poll worker for 2016-2017, seconded by Taft and carried aye-2. BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS FOR 2016 BUDGET: Motion by Hodal to approve the budget adjustments to the 2016 budget as presented, seconded by Taft and carried aye-2. SET DATE FOR CAUCUS IN JANUARY 2017: Date set Thursday January 19, 2017 at 7:00 pm WANDER LANE: No show NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH: JANUARY 9, 2017 AT 6:30PM: ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Hodal to adjourn at 6:55 pm, seconded by Taft and carried aye-2.
